Blogger Commentors praise Bush

As our Commander in Chief leaves office and I peruse the blogs and read the comments I have decided to post some of the better ones here that match our setiments here at, Your Christian Network. God Speed, well done my good and faithful servant.

While you've had a decent bunch of terrible decisions and awful plans (like handing out the ports under the control of the UAE), or defining Saudi Arabia as allies, or joining them in their sword dance ceremony from hell. We still can't forget the bold greater good.

Thank you, President Bush, for defending Israel whenever you had the chance.
Thank you, President Bush, for standing up to the most fanatic, supremacist, sadistic, barbaric and murderous enemy the free world has ever experienced since the 3rd Reich.
Thank you, President Bush, for standing strong against the sickening flood of ungrateful derangement, hate and smears from the biased media, as well as its hypocrite crowds.
Thank you, President Bush, for crushing Al Qaeda.
Thank you, President Bush, for overdosing the enemy with fear and deterrence.
Thank you, President Bush, for setting a mark in the war on terror, that won't be followed for quite a while.
Thank you, President Bush, because these achievements against the terrorists will be appreciate, remembered and eventually repeated, late. Even by those who called you "the worst president eva", or "Bush=Hitler", who will take the credit of your actions to their own.
Thank you, President Bush, for kicking ass.
With what may come, we'll miss you, dearly.

Medical advances in battlefield medicine have been extraordinary during the Iraq War. Soldiers seeing life-threatening debilitating injuries from IEDs and gunshots would have died for sure in wars of the past. It's truly remarkable what's going on with these solidiers that come back with these gruesome injuries and are able to live. I've personally skied with a few of these brave vets. Medical science way up in many areas, thanks to outgoing President Bush.
Hey, I didn't vote for the guy in either election. But I didn't vot for the Democrats in either election. I'm just a full blown wack-a-loon I guess.

Say what you want. I liked him. I'm disgusted by the attacks upon him. I wonder where all the hate will go, all that bile won't just evaporate. My good and decent friends who came down with Bush derangement syndrome aren't just going to magically be 'over it' tomorrow.

They chose to focus their hate on their own person, and not where it belonged, on Islamic extremists who kill their own women and children, strap bombs on their teenagers and declare that there are no gays in their country, people who riot over cartoons who think nothing of firebombing entire neighborhoods in paris, who behead people on camera and broadcast it all over the internet.

My friends, who are against 'organized' religion are strangely silent when it comes to the islamic bad guys. But they sure can hate Bush. It'll be a relief not to hear every conversation started with the phrase 'our appointed President.'

But I wish, I hope he knows that we appreciate the difficulty of the job, and the courage he has shown, in just putting his head down and keeping on, doing what is right. Perfect? No. No one ever is. But there's blame to go around. When the republicans had the majority they should have made those Goddam tax cuts permanent. Nevertheless, people will be wishing they had him back, I'll bet money on it.

I am a New Zealander who became an American because of George W. Bush. I wanted to stand with him during America's time of need. My son (a NZer) served in Iraq with distinction and I, for one, am sad to see this courageous man come to the end of his Presidency.
Now I can loudly say - I am PROUD TO BE AN AMERICAN CITIZEN!

My president is a good man.
We have all agreed and disagreed with his choices, views, and actions but I don't believe, even for a moment, that even the hardest-hearted critic of this man could believe, deep down, that he is and always has been a lover of this country that means everything to him. He has never had a moment of doubt in the greatness of America as a concept nor as a reality. There has never been a day he hasn't been proud to be an American and his love of our country inspires me to do all I can to remain to be a successful part of it.

That the White House staff will miss the gentle, good-humored leader who would always stop to greet every staffer is an inspiration to me.
That he is a man who sticks to his decisions and leads with firm authority inspires me to be clear in my actions as a father, husband, and citizen.
That he can hold his head high for the sake of those he leads inspires me to never look back, as the past might gain on me.
That he can move me look forward to the future is humbling in the face of all that may lay ahead.
Mr. President... the best thing I can do is try to be more like you, sir.

Thank you for your commitment to the country that is my home. I have never been prouder to be an American than this evening, sir. G-d speed you and love you and all of yours.

I caught just the end of his remarks. What I saw last night and in his last press conference the other day made me wonder why that version of Bush 43 didn't show up more often.

Tuned into Chris Matthews immediately after the president finished.
After a minute, could I, I would've reached through cyberspace and slapped Matthews up side the head.
His first words were practically, "Bush came to Washington as a rich kid, a tabula rasa, no experience . . ."
Immediately, I thought: Have you no shame, Matthews? Could you at least have said one decent word about the outgoing president?

As for Mr. Tingle-Up-My-Leg-About-Obama, I felt embarrassed for his ignorance and numbed, decevied mind--that he could actually say a sitting governor of one of the country's largest states, a businessman, someone with military experience as a pilot came to D.C. without experience -- yet Barack Hussein Obama, he who causes sexual/physiological stirrings in Matthews' loins, quite literally is a textbook definition of tabula rasa.

Was reminded in that short minute why I rarely ever watch MSNBC or NBC or CBS or ABC or CNN or other liberal/leftist adverary/advocacy media outlets.

And why the liberals and leftists are insufferable navel-gazers and naysayers who lack common, civil courtesy--and suffer from terminal HUTA syndrome.

Saw the speech and my wife and I both felt it was the best in years. If all of his speeches were that good, America would have seen past the media bias.

He blew a couple of big issues (gov'mt spending and immigration), but overall, he did a great job!
I truly believe that HE is THE REASON that there were no attacks after 911.

Thank you, sir, for keeping us safe.
God help us in the next 4 years
