Most Inane Bailout Requests

Heritage.org reports that according to Rasmussen Reports, only 38% of voters nationwide believe the $787-billion stimulus plan passed by Congress will help the economy.

Anybody up to some research? How many of these inane requests actually made it in to the Stimulus Bill?
